Bio: Hi, my name is Akshay. I am live in the rainy Portland, OR. I am in my 4th year at Portland State University working on my Computer Engineering bachelors degree.
I have a passion for technology and I like to design things. I also like to think up ideas that I am potentially going to build and design I am very passionate about technology. I jump around hardware and software. When being involved in school projects I work on hardware design, both analog and digital (i prefer this one , sorry analog folks) and sometimes C++ projects. On my free time, I am mostly working on software and design projects. I love startups. My passion for them has been building for the past few years. I would like to pursue startups full time after I graduate. Currently I am working on Mugasha.com I am going to focus this blog around my passion and the projects I am working on. Bio: Mr. Nitin Khanna is founder, president, and CEO of Saber Consulting. With personal ownership of overall quality and customer service, Mr.
Khanna has overseen annual growth of over 40% in both revenue and profit since he started the company in 1997. Mr. Khanna is quite active in the civic community. His work with the Urban League of Portland (as a Board member), Portland Children’s Museum, Salem Area Youth Golf, and other organizations helped him win the “40 under 40 in Portland” award from Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber. Prior to Saber, Mr.Khanna was employed by Oracle Corporation where he held a number of senior technical positions in both the consulting and training organizations. Mr. Khanna has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Bio: Dr. Wiltbank is Associate Professor of Strategic Management for the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University.
His research focuses on strategy making under uncertainty, particularly as it relates to new venture development. His research on angel investing performance is the first large empirical examination of the outcomes achieved by angel investors in the U.S. At Willamette University he teaches courses on New Venture Creation, Strategic Management, and Industry Analysis. He has published research in top tier academic journals covering topics from top management teams to non-predictive strategies, to formal venture capital practices among angel investors. He is coauthor of the recently released book The Catalyst, based on his research as a Batten Institute Research Fellow with the Darden School at the University of Virginia, detailing how managers in existing companies successfully drive organic revenue growth. Additionally, he serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Business Venturing. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Washington, and a degree in Finance and Accounting from Oregon State University. Dr. Wiltbank is also a partner with Buerk Dale Victor LLC, a growth stage venture capital firm headquartered in Seattle. His experience prior to entering academics includes work in finance and sales for a major electronics manufacturer, strategic marketing for two startup firms, and performing due diligence for dozens of private equity investments.
